Hello all,

firstly, allow me to apologise for the lack of professionalism in my subsequent message. What we are trying to accomplish comes from the heart, not from being careful about how we phrase things. So... we are starting a new business venture based on 3D, CGI and AI, with a few other amazing quirks (and we mean AMAZING). The business will be based in London (UK), with potential to expand globally. Although you can initially work from anywhere during startup, you will be eventually asked to move to London (with support from the company, obviously). we are looking to set up a team of 5/6. One (maybe 2) of which must be a capable 3d modeller, and "3d coder". They MUST be very passionate and able to provide feedback to the rest of the team. Shyness is useless.

Unfortunately -key point here- there will be no initial salary. We ask the work to be done as "pro bono", like the rest of us, while we build this new venture. Initially we will work at slow pace (because we understand that money must be earned in other means). The new team member will become partner/shareholder along with us, and will have travelling expenses refunded if need be.

This is an opportunity to do something that will be challenging. Something that isn't done in the market today (but eventually will arrive) ... and more importantly, that you will make your own.
