Do you enjoy building your own worlds; designing everything from the basic elements of the world to the interactions of its peoples? Are you a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, also capable of riding herd on others? If so, then we might just have a need for one another.

We are looking for a Story Design Coordinator to work closely with the Lead Game Designers and coordinate their needs with the Lead Writers and their writing staff.

Requirements:

· Must be able to create and track design workflows

· Must have an infectious passion for game, world, and story design & development

· Must have excellent written communication and editing skills (English language)

· Must be a self-starter, able to control the flow of information up and down the design hierarchy

· Must be comfortable providing constructive feedback and clear direction to others

· A deep background in read fantasy literature and playing fantasy-based games, especially MMORPGs

Preferences:

· Experience working as a Project Manager on large projects, organizing documentation, and achieving key milestones

· Copy and content editing experience

· Task-based people management experience

· Basic conflict resolution and diplomacy skills
