You will be involved in large-scale projects within a team of 20 different nationalities based in a youthful and friendly environment. You with the company:Part of the Technical Department, you will report to the CTO in a team of 15 people and collaborate with the Production Department (Game designers).You will be responsible for:
- Gathering the specifications after fully understanding the user’s requirements, deadlines, and technical considerations
- Conceptualization and in-depth development till delivery
- Design and implementation of new game modules
- Improvement and bug fixing
- Accurate estimation of task breakdowns
- Delivering on engagement
- Communicating efficiently with the different teams enabling cross-collaboration
- Furnishing rich and clear documentation
- Maintaining an overall quality following the regular updates of the project
- Developing prototypes and explore new game ideas
- Proactively sharing knowledge, assisting others and achieving high work ethic
- Working with and comfortable mentoring Junior Developers
To be successful in this position you will have:- A minimum of four years of experience in the industry such as software or computer system engineering
- C/C++
- Xbox360, PS3, iOS/Android plateform
- Agile methodology and tools (SCRUM, Hansoft, TFS etc)
