For our studio in the beautiful city of Hamburg we are looking to fill the following full-time, permanent position asap:

Lead Game Designer Fantasy MMO


Key tasks:


- Game idea generation and conceptualization for a new Fantasy MMORPG title for mobile platforms
- Development of gameplay / level design / user interface / story / art
- Creation of Game Design Documents (GDD)
- Prototyping and QA (during all project phases)
 
What we are looking for:

Must-haves

- Several years of experience as Game Designer in the video games industry
- Tons of creativity
- Routine in creation and maintenance of GDDs
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of project management and QA processes
- Passion for fantasy and roleplaying games
- Excellent English skills in speech and writing
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Highly developed team playing skills

Nice-to-haves

- Work experience in item design and free-to-play monetization
- Work experience in fantasy and role playing games
- Basic experience with 3D Studio Max/Maya
- Basic experience in character animation
- Knowledge of Adobe Indesign
- Basic experience with game and graphics engines
- Experience in creating scribbles and drawings
- Additional foreign languages, particularly German
