Trion Worlds is seeking a Video Editor who will work closely with our development studios to conceive, capture, and edit in-game cinematic movies, promotional videos, and game trailers.

rESPONSIBILITIES

Create in-game cinematic movies, promotional videos, and game trailers that have maximum visual impact to support the marketing of our AAA MMO games
Direct the capture of in-game footage with large numbers of participants, using a variety of technologies involved with pre-release games, including debug features
Create edits in Final Cut Pro or similar NLE software packages
Create composites and motion graphics in After Effects
Develop storyboards, shot-lists, and other documents as necessary to communicate with stakeholders
Supervise the activities of in-game capture specialists

REQUIREMENTS

Work well under tight deadlines and in a collaborative team environment
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written mediums
Experience developing and editing in-game cinematic movies, promotional videos, and game trailers
Experience with shipped titles in the videogame industry
Mastery of Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and similar video-editing and post-production software
Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or similar image-editing software
Strong passion for film, art, and games
