Your Tasks

Overall responsibility for graphic production at InnoGames

Operational and technical management of our Graphics Team

Coordination of assignments (enquiries, work allocation, and prioritization)

Encourage further training and motivation of the graphic artists

Create concepts for further development measures

Staff and budget planning in the Graphics Department

Coordination of external graphic artists

Own creation of graphics as well as providing technical support to graphic artists

Requirements

Completed training in Graphic Arts (e.g. Graphic Design or Communication Design)

At least 5 years of professional experience working in the field of graphics creation (ideally within the games industry)

At least 2 years professional experience in team leader role

Very good Photoshop skills

Strong knowledge of communications design

Experience in screen design, illustration and layout

Exceptional graphics skills

Great sense of color, image and typographical composition

Very good organizational and communication skills

Good English skills

Good German skills
