3D Tentacle in Maya

Kraken Games needs a tentacle created in Maya.  Please make sure it can be opened in Maya 2012.  The tentacle should look like a Kraken traditional tentacle with suction cups and texture.  Much like on the Pirates of the Caribbean.  It should be fully rigged and able to be easily manipulated.
