    Nice work! But there's something wrong with the legs and feet. The right feet (the further one) looks like going out of nowhere because the profile view you chose is too rigid. Then the occlusion shadows between the feet and the ground are a little weird, they give an impression of fake perspective.
    I think that the pelvis bone going out of her lower abdomen is anatomically incorrect. It would appear in a 3/4 view, but not in a profile view; cause it's just inside the silhouette of the abdomen, right where the leg ends.
    Nice color choice and treatment ;)

    Yeah, I really like the shading, too.  The uniform has a nice wetsuit-like lighting to it.  Do you mind telling me your process for shading?  Do you do a lot of masking of parts, followed by applying a gradient?  Or, is this all done by hand?  Looks great.
