From the same series as Connor ripley (his father) Lance is from a long line of dragon slayers who, with his companions, help rid the world of forces that would see thier world come to ruin. Lance's sword is a weapon that only those in his bloodline can wield, to him, it's as light as a feather and when not in use, is stored as a tattoo on his hand. It also augments any powers (latent or otherwise) of whomever wields it. Lance is an alternate reality version of Rayge from Battle Royale.
