      Great pose and coloring. The anatomy looks great. The way her head is turning and fitting in her body feels weird, but I can't pinpoint why exactly (mostly because of her clothing and hair preventing me from seeing her neck). The background is nice: it has a strong presence, but it doesn't overcome the main subject. Great job, overall!
