Really? Only Zbrush and Photoshop?! Looks like it's been rendered with v-ray or something! Congratulations!
well you can generate chromatic aberration with the lense correction filter in photoshop and ,using a combo of bpr and light mapping in Zbrush you can quite easily produce a basic lighting scheme. You can also see that some of the high contrast high lights were applied as 2D elements in photoshop. So yeah its possible.
