    I was one of four artists who sculpted a twelve foot version of the Violator for the comic book movie Spawn. I also sculpted a smaller version model that was used for CGI scanning and ended up being what was mostly seen.

      This is the reason Spawn is one of my favorite comic-book films of all time. You brought to life one of the most insane villains ever to be printed in ink. Top notch.

      The Violator was the only part of loved about the whole movie. Nice work man.

      You did a really fuckin amazing job on that sculpture. I loved how high-quality some of the imagery in Spawn was, but it seems in parts that they ran out of budget or switched 3D departments or something—total lack of detail in a few scenes which really embarrassed the film. Wouldn't know anything about why/how that happened would ya?

      I always wondered why the jaw in the movie was far shorter than the jaw in the comic. It really changed his silhouette and I preferred the one in the comicbook. Twelve feet huh? Damn that big. Must have been fun.

        It grows out and expands in other scenes of the film, this seems to be when he's wandering/stalking; it grew out way bigger when it's actually about to put Spawn or anything else in its' mouth.
