Spectral Harbinger of the Orbital Guild
Another image made for fun without any initial concept... started with the character in Zbrush, then came up with the bg by doing some sketches on top of a render on paper. The character was then textured with Bodypaint and the environment was modeled in Maya, textured with Photoshop. Rendered with Mental Ray. The final image is displayed on a wallmounted and framed 24" monitor at 1200x1920 that I just had made which looks pretty neat. :)
