    Located in the province of Aisendale, just north of the Everett
    Forest, rises the main acropolis of the Odran people. Nestled in the
    snowy Guile peaks, the tiny windows of the fortress' Great Hall flicker
    like candle vigils above the frozen wasteland below. The endless
    railroad just reaches the outskirts of the city, which boasts barracks
    and an arena amongst other secrets. On the highest, most desolate peak
    of the Guile perches a high prison: an infamous, impregnable, and
    formidable institution.
