    Noble Savage is a brand-new signature character from the CITY OF HEROES expansion CITY OF HEROES: GOING ROGUE and one of my personal favorites. I really enjoy the character's mysterious, tragic storyline.  Incidently, 'Noble Savage' is also my handle on the official COH forums. )

      Great design of a character... I can't imagine him against Marvel's the Hulk, or the Thing, or even Juggernaut
