    First pass at a new Praetorian tech mapset (for CITY OF HEROES: GOING ROGUE). Though
    several elements (blast doors, forcefield storage rooms, etc.) made it
    into the final version, the overall grates-and-dirty-metal theme was
    discarded in favor of a "clean-room" approach.
