      To the ref image below, i still don't think its a paint over. Just incredibly observant. You can see subtle differences in the texture of her face, the shape of the eyes, and the values in the picture go much darker. You can especially see the painted qualities in the hair coming down. Its a practice painting after all, and my teachers have always said you can learn a lot doing a detailed study of something. I mean the name of the painting is 'practise'. So there is really nothing wrong with what is presented. Even the masters painted from reference, but they were live models instead of photos. In the end, when something is this good, haters gonna hate.

      Yeah.I don't know.Looks like a paint over.This image is form chinese website.Decide for yourself.If it is so close to this photo I'll just give kudos to photographer.
