My entry for the Steampunk challenge over at Cgtalk that didn't make the deadline. Was busy with something else at the time. Wasn't feeling all too comfortable with my art that time either.

Perseus drops onto the sacrificial platform to save the chained Andromeda from the wrath of the Kraken. Instead of arriving on Pegasus, I made him wear this steam-powered heli-pack. That canister-like red thing that he's holding up is suppose to resemble Medusa's head. Hell I dunno, I just tried to make everything look steampunk.

    Awesome dude, I could totally see this in a movie. ALthough A steampunk pegasus would have been cool, it probably would have been distracting from the overall piece. But awesome.
