My favorite character from Dragon Ball Z, Buu, in one of his many incarnations. Here he is using his strongest attack called, "General Electric". This is where he uses up all your power and gives you a really big bill in the mail at the end of the month.
...and yes I upscaled his face to fill up the comp, call me lazy.
