      photoshop cs5 with a little bit of google sketchup ( not that you could see it, i occasionallu use it to create simple guides and shapes) you can see the whole process in Imagine FX 71

      if you pick up IFX 71 i show you how to do it. its really quite easy (no photo textures involved at all)
