Artist's Comments
Based off images from the anti-Mubarack protest that happened in
Egypt in spring of 2011, this image was a labor of love to make. I
was so inspired by the people, young and old who stood their ground
and revolted in the face of oppression.
The point of the personal project was to create portrait that
could pass as a photograph. Attention to detail was important, the full
project entailed using the latest techniques I have learned while
working in the VFX industry to push my skills to a higher level.
