I love your painting style, you obviously understand volumes and can fill them out well. I can see you're going for a caricature... however I think this need to be much more exaggerated to be effective. I disclaim, I've never done caricature before. I think it would really help if you gave made way more hair coming from the top of her head. Right now it just looks like her temples are squared-off and go to a flat head.
Another thing is her eyes in relation to her nose and mouth. If you draw a line from one eye to the other, it will tilt down to the right.... where her nose and mouth will tilt upwards. This makes her appearance a little disconcerting.
Your lighting is beautiful. I like the blue hue in the shadows, it gives a nice contrast to the warmth of her skin.
