My first post to these forums - hope you enjoy

I've spent the last year transitioning to Blender for all my CG needs. Over the last month I've studied Blender's SSS shading and these images are the result. Lighting is the only difference between the two; everything from modeling to compositing done in Blender. Crits are welcome!

If I may say, my personal opinion is that the shadows on his face is a tad too strong.

This is some incredible top-level work nonetheless!
