i was a a big Smurf fan back in the 80's loved it! and still do! nice idea to bring them back to life ( i didnt bother to see the recent film as i thought it wasnt set in the cartoony world they were already living in)
nice one ! maybe do more of other characters

I loved smurfs as a kid too.
Your model is great. Rendering is fine but gives no particular mood for the moment.
And for my 2 cents : you captured nicely the likeness with the design of the recent movie, but may be it could have also been interesting to give a shot at the original design, which is still up to date in my opinion. I would love to see an old fashionded Smurf with a round belly, short legs and a less defined torso !

Try to make a scene with the village maybe =) Easy to deform your model to create quickly more other Smurf!
