Thumbs up CharacterFORGE 3D :: ROUND 016 :: A Future Priest

A FUTURE PRIEST

Future of mankind will be secured by some unknown territories. They are the messengers of god on earth, some of them were sent to earth after completing their cycle in heavens. But where there is life there is death, where there is hope there is despair. So Devil itself sent some assailants to finish the future of mankind. These assailants are called the dark priests who venerate devil.

The idea is to develop a 3d bust of the future priests of either pursual of God or pursual of Devil.
It’s an artist’s imagination. How wicked can u make and how burnished can u develop.

Interesting concept.. I had an idea about a typical old priest but maybe with garlic shooting weapons and stuff like that. I made something quick with dynamesh. I have two projects to finish this month though and I'm not sure if I will find time to complete this. I'll do my best.

Default Great topic - thanks cghub!

Amazing topic, really great idea and this time I have the time to participate. Hopefully I can achieve something good with this one. Does is have to be textured?
Really looking forward to the challenge and wishing everybody happy sculpting and a lot fun for those who are participating!
    All the best,

Here's a really early WIP, it's at the napkin phase right now. With a screen-grab of the model so far.

@KC-Production I'm pretty sure you just need a clay-style render.

I've not been the most confident seeing all of this mind blowing work here at cghub but I just felt compelled to get in on this considering the subject matter and the fact that I should probly start throwing my work out a lot more for career purposes etc.

Anyhow, here is my wip, hour or so in.

Would love to hear what the rest of you pros have to comment on regarding the design in its early stages here.

KC-Production : Welcome for the challenge. Texturing is not required. You may texture the model if you wish to, but its not in the judging criteria.

chrix : looking forward to more..

jeris82 : this luks interesting .. i'd recommend you to derive basic forms in the lower subdivision levels prior taking it to higher res.

Starexai : its quite an interesting topic.. All i can say is you may join in just for the fun of it if u wish to

@romilkchopra Thanks for the site! I really love good good concept art, inspiring stuff! Here's a bit more progress, color is there mainly as a guide to me, I really want to get some intricate textures to mimic religious vestments.

                Hi all

Should it be bust only, not full Character is required?
