A SUPERHERO TURNED VILLAIN - FINALS

POST YOUR FINAL IMAGES BELOW

In the life of every superhero there's a defining moment, that turns them from an average man into the iconic character. IMAGINE if something happened that made them go in the other direction. Instead of fighting crimes, commit them... Instead of saving the world, scheme to take it over or worse, destroy it.

The goal of this challenge is to do just that. Pick your favorite comic book superhero and turn him into a villain. Remember to still make him instantly recognizable...

This time we want to see at least a bust, but preferably an entire character.

RULES AND GUIDELINES (MUST READ) :

Layout/Size: Keep all submissions to 1000-1200 pixels in height or width. Dont go too crazy on the number of WIP images - 2 pics say enough, we don't need 10 images with different matcaps each

At least two WIP images are required before posting the final piece.

Post your WIP images in this thread. Do not open a separate thread.

Submissions: Post Final Images in Finals Thread (To be posted later.)

-One Entry Per Person (the character should be new and created for this exercise)

-Beauty render, not just zbrush screen capture please

-Beauty render has to be in CLAY style only, Texturing is not required and shall not be considered for judgment .

-Follow the topic description to the best of your ability.

- Pay attention to anatomy, shape, form, and lighting. USE REFERENCE. Critical thinking is key to great character design.

- DO NOT post your image in your portfolio before the the results of the challenge are published

Here is my entry and also the story that I made for anyone that didn't see my first post:

I used two villains from Flash's universe, Murmur (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murmur_(DC_Comics) ) and Abra Kadabra (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abra_Kadabra_(comics) ). Murmur had started a killing spree and he has the inability to stop himself from blurting out his crimes so he sew his mouth so he would no longer be able to incriminate himself. Abra Kadabra has come from the future and has the ability to control others. So, in my version, Abra Kadabra controls Flash to do crimes and Murmur sew Flash's mouth so he couldn't tell what's going on. I left the eyes white because he's supposed to be hypnotized.
