I think what Stace was suggesting was that the compositions are generally the same in each box/cloth study, and by changing the composition (with more objects, different lighting), will push those studies further

I don't think she was coming from an entertainment perspective.

It's been such a long time since I dropped by, but your studies are coming along nicely!

I loved the environment on post #117, with the goat scribe

Your studies are neither boring nor repetitive and I bow to you for doing them for what they're supposed to be for, to learn and not to show off! Still, your studies are a treat, I like them a lot

The building studies are going great! I think a little less black and more light values would help out a bit since I feel them a bit muddy.

Your traditional studies are awesome, as always, and love the cartoony style you've been trying lately!

petit assassin's creed fanart sketch.
Recently I bought the book 'Drawn to Life', by Walt Stanchfield, and started reading it . I has a lot of information about drawing and animation that I want to incorporate even in my non-cartoony drawings
I want to practice more squash and stretch, so I did this just for practice.
I'll color it later anyways :B

Really nice sketchbook you have here! I really admire the way the draw faces, especially in your sketches. Lots of confidence!

Also, "if you portray them wrong then the character ends up looking like a sac of potatoes" - this made me laugh lol, and so true!
