Nice sketch I like the tension in the body it shoes strength. Good work, I would suggest to draw the legs in, cos I guess that is important and it can be important for the composition.

I like the fullness of the composition thing that I would suggest is the anatomy revision. Conan is I guess all about muscles and strength so any problem in that area would be pretty obvious. You have great start with the silhouette and the attitude but his proportions are little bit off. His legs are to short or his torzzo is to big.
