A good start. I'd suggest going down in subdivisions and getting as much detail as you can there first - working on the big forms and then going up and smoothing things
Crazy3D - welcome... same thing, don't go into alphas and tiny wrinkles so fast. First work on your bigger shapes in lower subd levels. think of a skull underneath the skin first.. right now she feels a bit like a sagging bag of skin
