    Default Iconic vs Sulamoon

@ Sulamoon I like your pic so far. Have you seen Iconics yet? You guys conjured up the same character! Haha.

@ Iconic: You have some really nice line work going there! It reminds me of Micheal Turners work a bit in the world of Devil May Cry.

Haha you´re right! I have seen his sketch...

@Ionic: Sorry bro, I didn´t mean to come this close. I will modify my design.

Progress. Changed the design a bit. Gave it a triangular halo to symbolise the holy trinity. Unhappy with the blatant asymmetry. Might redraw some of it entirely if I can find the time to.

Here's a clean sketch, i changed some of the design a little bit. Facial symmetry is kickin my ass but i'm gonna prevail

Does the movement look natural to you guys? Does she have the whole "walking towards you looking cool" thing going on?

The lower torso seems a bit static to my eye. Maybe you could tilt it a bit to include it in the motion? Some sway to the hips, perhaps?

Default Sounds like a good staple to have in the painting section

An Angel. I'll just go regular unleaded, full "smote mode" for my piece and treat it as a lighting lesson. Glad to participate.

I think i see what you mean. I'll drop some colors and push it around and see what happens.

Oh and as a tip, models on the catwalk are great reference material for dramatic female walks and most photos will have them in a very similar pose and angle to your sketch.

@ RoboYak : I love how you try to create a battle scene, not just the character.
@ ionic : That's sick for a quick sketch, can't wait to see whats next.

These are mine, some human angel and a non human too,
based on some theory about angels and aliens.

made it a lot cleaner, sorted out the anatomy and wing stucture using the friggin' awesome paint-over Kovah did for me. Now just need to fix the face, and possibly a background..could anyone give me some hints for shading torsos plx?

I like the topic. I just hope I can wrap up the contract work I'm currently doing soon enough to have time to do an entry myself (been so busy the last couple of months, I haven't had sh*t for time to work on personal art).
