Here is my entry with a bit of backstory thrown in. Good luck all!

Mutant Creature

A mutated male homosapien host after been attacked by the deadly endo-parasite codename MKU.

The host's original form is almost indistinguishable at this late stage of the parasite's life cycle, except the eyes, arms and a small part of the sculpt remain.

Features of interest / avoidance

The two large sacks under the armpit which contains the spors from MKU.

The pus-filled glands on the back contain deadly and highly corrosive acid, avoid at all costs.

The enlarged orifice where the belly button is located contains MKU's reproductive organs, this is the creatures main weakpoint.

Original concept used with permission by AudreyB2D

Basemesh in Maya, Sculpted in Mudbox. Didn't get time to texture or render with MR sorry. This is a straight render from Mudbox, hopefully will get time to revisit and polish up in Maya with proper lighting and textures.

Apologies to all, the admin informed me of a server change and we lost the thumbnails. Thumbnails are back, let me know if there are any more problems...

i may have voted wrong, there were no thumb nails and i just voted for the third option because thought the votes were organized in the order the entries were posted.
