Mirror your pic, at worst flatten it, lasso and then Ctrl+T, see if that fits better ( don't forget to hold shift while Ctrl+T), add shadow, and then be stressless !

Love you Kherns lol I did that exactly and got it to look a lot better. Thanks!!

Here are some studies I did these past three days. Plan on drawing a lot more.

Also some things I did for friends.

Sketches for the BS challenge im working on. Need to figure out composition.

Going to be sticking to a lot more black and white studies. I'm not getting my full value range. Really need to work on that.

yup you know the trick now, and try also to use a thinner brush for line drawin', you don't need to be so thick

See heres where im having a problem. When it comes to line art I am the worst at it. My brain works well in big shapes. The thicker the brush the better for me for some reason. Im trying to figure out if I should stay with my method of drawing by bigger shapes of value or do line work?? Or hell just work on both??

More hand studies and also got my hands on some of the Andrew Loomis books. I really am trying to push myself and feel these books will help me a lot. I have never really worked on fundamentals.

Also did a little sketching in PS.

Work better with shapes for you, but for easy understanding, I wasn't sayin' line art but thin thin shapes if you prefer. If you use a big shape, you can contrast by places with a thinner one ? Not sure I'm really clear !

                              Thanks for the love Kevin!

@ Kherns - A thinner one? I'm not completly understanding what you mean.

Spending more time with the loomis books and my sketchbook.

Tried to apply some of the things I learned to a quick anatomy painting study.

Also wanted to try a study from a 3D aspect. Using sculptris to study some face construction.

All n all I can say this is starting to hit home. I am getting a better understanding of anatomy and face construction all together and im not even close to the end of these books.
