So I been really wanting to get out of my comfort zone and push myself. Starting to to some movie screencap studies. Heres something from I robot.

Time to start leveling up! Conducting studies everyday with a great group on crimson daggers. These are not done but I already learned a lot from them.

Also since I have been seeing Star Wars everywhere I F$&#^$% go I wanted to draw something from it. Hopefully ill finish it today.

I admire the grey/white nude in your last post. It might not be what is wished for in a phantasy setting but to me she looks more real than any of your other figures. The breasts are delicate and have a natural shape instead of the usual Wonder-Woman or Barbie ideal (half spheres with nipples are not natural ^^) and I like the way light plays on her body.

Thanks for the comment SanMar. Thats one of the reason I picked this study. It is very unrealistice to have the half sphere breast. Thats why im doing these studies now. I find a natural shape more appealing then the pop culture breast (huge round boobs) but its good to be able to do both.

Here is another study. Never tried a portrait in color so this was new to me. looking for books on color so if anyone know the names of some please throw them out there.

So the values were bothering me on the Woman Warrior. Went back and made the values a little more noticable.

Readjustment of the Octopus.

Focus yourself on black and white and catch the right values for a right contrast, you'll take care of color larter on. Use Black, and Use white !

Well lost my damn pen to my tablet and have to buy another....or just wait another week and buy the intuos 5 *sigh* anyway here is what I was working on when I had my pen.

Left eye is of and need to do a lot of refining but I FREAKING CAN"T...ah well. Ill be sticking to the sketchpad for awhile.
