i'm so excited for this challenge and the theme is just PERFECT!
i've been doing reinterpretations of the fairy tales for almost 2 years now, and this is the perfect opportunity to do one more for the portfolio

i'm in the middle of the Artorder Challenge, so until the first sketches take place, here are the fairytales i've already illustrated ...

"Little Red Riding Hood", "Goldie Locks And The Three Bears" and "The Little Match Girl"

great work. I want to see how these 3 pigs are going to become in this kind of illustration.

"Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs" instead.
somebody already started the exact same concept i was planning on doing

here is the new written concept, so the same thing doesn't happen again :P

"Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs"

Deep inside mountain "TBA" a kingdom of dwarfs lived peacefully for many centuries.
And then all of a sudden, strange things started to take place when new corridors were accidentally discovered, corridors the mountain was hiding deep inside it's belly for a long, long time.
So many dwarf miners were lost without a clue, never to be seen again.
Fear spread through out the kingdom, shivery whispers spoke about ancient evil that was awakened by nosy dwarf trespassers.
King “TBA” gathered 7 brave souls to go on a quest and find out what is this evil that dwells in the dark, and slay it for all time.

i read that in the original version 7 dwarfs didn't had names, but i really like what Disney did, and how it gave dwarfs more character with their funny names.
i will do the same thing only i will use D'n'D classes to try achieve that.

DWARFS:
1. Doc - wizard
2. Happy - monk
3. Grumpy - warrior/barbarian
4. Sleepy - ranger (always falls asleep when on watch)
5. Sneezy - rogue (always sneezes when sneaking on people)
6. Bashful - bard
7. Dopey - “special” dwarf

SNOW WHITE:
Suprise

(corrected and completed text will be presented with the finale image)
