I like the serpentine face but I feel the neck needs to be elongated .... right now he seems more dog like.

    yes the slaves will be Asian.
    And I will work on the poses a bit in zbrush to get a more relaxed look to them. May cut back to just two slaves as well; 1 male and 1 female, have to see how time issues work out.

    ok now have my project divided into 37 sub tools and will be around a 24 to 27 million poly sculpt when complete..
    wish me luck lol

      I love how you guys are incorporating their environments into the sculpts as well.
      Just don't spend too much time on the environments, they can sometimes be more detailed and time consuming than the actual creature.
      I'd rather you make a rough set piece that "if" you have time in the end you can go back too and pollish up then.

      It is an Amanojoku. Kind of small Oni.


      Sadly my home PC blows my work PC out of the water... i cant do any really hirez stuff till i get it home....

              kryssmen: Really cool men the face says it all keep it up

              Farouce: looking good try to watch some anatomy pdfs, they are really helpful in giving a more realistic look. One thing i notice it's the abs, humans have a six pack but the top ones(i think) are really undeveloped

              G-Luccas:Impressive work on the tree How did you do it? It's all subtools In my option I would change a bit the scale and the rotation to give a more random look Good luck

              Any of you guys know how to work with maps? I'm creating the seams in zbrush, uv master to create the maps, but when I had them in 3d max, In some angles I can notice the seams :S any idea how to fix it? thanks in advance ^^

                karmajf- thank you my friend. About the tree, I've used alpha and zphere, and the leafs are one subtool. I made one, duplicated it, and merged them all together. About the tree's position, I've made some tests and I'll post them soon.

                Here are the maps, and the problem were the seam joins, also the face looks pretty crappy xD .

                  Thanks, I appreciate the advice and you are correct humans do have a six. Was kind of going for a bit of a different look. If you think that it is not working I may be inclined to change it..
