Little Troll looks great! I love the highlights on the flower. I'm wondering what a little darker shadow across the face and arms might look like. The values between the body and the leaves are somewhat similar. Keep it up!

Hey hey! Thanks for stopping by my sketchbook.. Time to return the favor.

I love seeing people's traditional work and this is no exception. Nice stuff there.

I'm really impressed with the improvement in your digital skills as well. Those last head photo studies are looking great! Keep up the good work!

JoseVega - No worries, thanks for your message! I'll have to dig it up and reply hehe.

Voodoo-Mama - Thank you very much!

mjasnowski - Hehe yeah good point. Too late to fix now as I've already given it away, but definitely something I will keep in mind for the next one! Thanks Mike!

Pierce - Hey, thanks for stopping by!

MongerArt - Awe thank you! That means a lot to me!

jethome - Thanks! Traditional is fun and I'm learning a lot!

hexaylon - Thank you very much!

Erikr - Hehe thanks! I'll have to do more studies of the skull, it's so cool to look at.

Wah, my apologies for how long it's been since my last update! Basically Workshop SF happened and I had a lot of fun, learned a lot not only about art but also a little about myself as well. I didn't have a portfolio in time to really show off, but I did pass my sketchbook around and got some good responses to my little creatures. They're a result of having fun and experimenting... so that's what I'll keep doing, having fun and experimenting.

Basically the most important fact I've learned from there was making good art should be more important than making money. I'm really charged to attack the fundamentals once more and continue to push myself.

I'm a little sick right now, huge tempature change from where I live to where I visited and back to where I live. So my immune system is really unhappy, especially paired up with a general lack of sleep, waaah. -_-

Here are some sketches, making monsters out of my friends, haha.

And great to hear about what you`ve learned, go attack those fundamentals!

                    Looking forward to seeing more

mjasnowski - I did! I'm trying to figure out what to write for a review that's not a mirror to my last one, haha. Plus I have no photos, so that's a bit more difficult. Thanks! I'm glad that they are showing more personality.

JoseVega - Yeah man, you should come! It'll be great to meet you!

SebastianWagner - Thanks Sebo! You have plenty of time to save up, or you can hide in either Jana's or Fetsch's luggage haha.

Woooow guess who got lazy this past week. Yay heat and sickness.

Anyways, a back log of some art, hurrah!

Some studies, going to try and finish Caim this week...

I went to life drawing today! HELLZ YEAH.
note: YEAH her breasts are that big! O_O Really threw off my sense of proportion, wah.

                          JoseVega - Thank you Jose! My wrist is getting better, I've slacked off my exercises lately but really been working my posture. I've also noticed my desk setup isn't ergonomic happy... So I'm trying to figure out a better setup that will work with me and not against me. ^_^;

Fetsch - Haha, that life drawing yesterday really made me realize a lot about big boobs. Thanks Viktor!

Had a fun drawing day today! Even though it's just two images, the content is what really makes me happy, hehe.

I drew from life today while out with friends. Only more environment than people, and I totally got my ass handed to me by perspective! Oh man, so much I still need to learn...

I forgot my trusty black and brown watercolor pencils at home today! So I had to try out my other colors and had a lot of fun just mixing the colors and came up with this.

I started to outline it but didn't want to completely lose it. I took it into photoshop to mess around and came to this. I feel like I lost a little of the original image but still fun to experiment!

Tomorrow is going to be a fun day... My good friend and favorite artist Jana is going to paint me. If I don't die, I might try to draw her but no guarantees, haha!
