Greetings, sir or madam!
I'll admit it. I'm brand spanking new here so please forgive my audacity and obvious hooking, but I'm trying to get the word out about our webcomic
Mohagen.
Mohagen is like most goldfish; he's trapped in a two-gallon universe with only an elitist cat and a philosophical piece of aquarium decoration for company. His only window into the outside world is that of 12-year-old boy who routinely torments our finned friend with trash television, cthulhu based death metal, and by occasionally mixing Jell-o into the fish bowl.
Mohagen is a comic that was created by Kennon James and Loren Hoskins. It is currently drawn by Kennon and is written by him and me, John Kipling. It's a PG-13 strip deemed safe for pregnant women and rangers but not recommended for people with bladder control problems (such as bards) or for people suffering from a-hole-itis. There's some mild language and occasional adult situations but Mohagen still has all the class of HBO without (sadly) the wall to wall boobs of Showtime after 11PM.
We're pretty big nerds so we lampoon everything from D&D to Twilight to superheroes to football to contemporary memes. We stay away from making fun of the George R. R. Martin and Dolly Parton as we believe some things are just too sacred to mock.
Kennon likes to draw stuff. His work can been seen in movies, comic books, board games, and video games. He was once voted "most likely to do well in prison". He lives in Hutto, TX with his dogs, cats, and fish.
You can see more of Kennon's artwork over here at Kennon's
Deviant Art Page.
Me? Who is John Kipling? Well, I'm a writer who writes comic book scripts, novels, and web comics while dreaming of a job authoring get well soon cards with kewt pictures of dogs and cats wearing funny costumes. When I'm not writing, I'm an accountant for a firm that caters to Resuscitation-Impaired clients throughout the midwest. I'm also from the future where mankind has been cloned from the DNA of Abraham Lincoln and Jessica Alba.
Please stop on by and check out
Mohagen if you have the time. Thanks so much for looking.
