    " ** and Its Friends" 2010 Shanda Games Creative Cartoon Competition kicks off on November 1st. As one of the sponsors LeewiART publishes the inspirational guide from Stephen Silver, one of the judges of the competition.


    Stephen Silver has worked as Character Designer and Supervisor for Disney Television Animation, Sony Feature Animation and Nickelodeon Animation over 10 years. In 2007 he was awarded the National Cartoonists Society's television animation award for the designs on Disney's Kim.
