No doubt - I just like to have things ready to go ahead of deadline. Plus, I'm always optimistic that there's a lurker taking part in the round who hasn't posted anything yet ![]()

Cool. I found a pretty nice FOSS in the Fedora linux repositories today called Makehuman. Does this guy's face look OK? I think I am headed toward an algonquian type though I may just end up going for whateve tribe seems to have a manner of dress I can pull off with my not so great skills.

When you are posting, and also when you use the edit button, there is this paperclip icon on a green rectangle (as shown in my image). You can use that to make your image full size. What you do is put your cursor where you want the image to appear and then click the little black pull down triangle just next to the paperclip. There will be a menu if your images attached to the post. clicking one puts that image where the cursor is, at full size.
Oh. I can see yours is Imageshack. Actually, you can upload the images to CGHub using the "manage attachments" button and then use the paperclip pull down method. "Manage attachments" will be in the lower left of the edit dialog but on the original post screen you need to scroll downward to find it. It's there, though. No need for Imageshack around here. I found a portrait in the Lakota wiki that I think I can manage for hair, apparel, and accessories this weekend. At least I might be able to finish and give you somebody to beat. ![]()

Shirro, just drop a placeholder in the FINALS thread. I'll post poll tomorrow morning.
I'll also have the new round up here shortly. ~S

but, dont have much time. ok, next update will be lowpoly+normalmap I think.

ok, so here is my lowpoly (7640 tris so far) with normal map and ao applied. I didnt worked out neither normal map, nor ao. so you can see that brave warrior has white... errr... hole(?) in his.... errr... lower bottom(?)
I also tried marmoset toolbag for first time for rendering and figured out that its really nice tool(or bag?)
