Nice study! If you need help rendering hair- check out the tutorial Linda Bergkvist posted on her site http://www.furiae.com/index.php . I found that useful when I was starting out.

hey people. This is my first post here. And i just got a wacom and this is my first photoshop painting.
So i draw grapes and an apple.

So...i just painted another fruit..hahaha. ( i know i'm pathetic )
Guess what fruit.....its a BANANA! HAHAHA.
Oh well below are the pictures!

okay, so i draw the shape of the banana first.

Then put the colours together....

Then blend it in....

so that's it. =)

so yesterday...i finish painting a green apple.
I think this time I'm really satisfied.
My tomato and chilli didnt really work out...so yeah.
hahahahaha. =P

Draw the apple out. ( I'll put the original pic below )

then add the colours in.

blend in the colours...

then add the final touches...

And it's done! =)

so here's the original pic

that's all folks!

Here's what i've been painting on an off (a study.) Still a WIP, trying to push it further with the hair render and hopefully slightly more realistic.
I still haven't started drawing this year but hopefully soon!
