Post Deadline Jams :: HERE

Have you ever started a Jam type project, wasn't able to finish it and then felt totally deflated like you wasted your time because you have a half finished model just sitting on your hard drive that you might be able to re-purpose, but would rather still have it associated with the original plan some kind of way? Have you ever been so tied up with work or life that even though you really liked a particular theme you just couldn't fit it in, but wish you could still participate some kind of way? I hear you.
Personally I'm starting to wonder if avoiding that potential scenario (missing the deadline) is why a some people don't enter Jam competitions. It's just a hypothesis though. If anyone has any thoughts on that you can post those here too.
This thread will be for post deadline Jam themed artwork and improved Jam pieces after Jam themes have expired. It's not as cool as being in on time, being right in the the thick of competition, having your piece voted on by the community and ascending to the top, but there are benefits. The benefits are that there's a small community of your peers forming around this monthly activity and adding your artwork here can help keep you connected to this small community within a community. Adding or updating your artwork also will allow you to finish the work up to the standard you want at your own pace which will allow you to learn and probably teach as well through the process. I encourage you to post here if you started, but weren't able to finish by the deadline for any reason.
