Default Help me out! (Student seeking honest comments / critique)

Hey guys, I'm Ryan (17 and in High-school). I have a passion for design, and as I am by no means professional, I was hoping to get some honest critique and feedback on my work I've stared off with Graphic Design, but I've recently delved into 3D Art and Photography.

Would be nice if some of you guys could help me out. I've set up a simple site here with my work on it I'm not a web guy so my site-creation skills are...absent, to say the least.

      Default nice stuff

A lot of nice work here, especially at 17. The print stuff is better than half the people in my BA Graphic Design program.

      1. If your looking for specific critique of work, I would post one piece and ask for critique.

      2. If you asking critique on website compolation, I would say start narrowing in on what you want to do.
ie; print, 3d, concept art, matte painting,

If you just want to know if your any good, I think you probably know the answer.

I would continue your studies, within your chosen area, and by the time you finish art school, you shouldn't have a problem finding work.

Thanks! I'll take your advice on both those points - put up
some individual pieces I've been currently working on etc. I'm not
sure how to narrow down my options, I've got to apply for college
in a month or so and I'm having a horrible time trying to decide
between animation (what's fun) and graphic design (what I know is
probably better for me). I'm not sure and I haven't had enough time
        to decide. Argh!

        At any rate,
Thanks again for taking the time

It is very good if you choose Designing as a career. You should applied for graduation course in Designing and then you can persue master degree in it.

Thanks! And that's what I'm planning to do, but it's tough to compete with those who are doing traditional art and painting in every hair in a portrait!
