Default What I like about your artwork is ...

What I like about your artwork is that it shows style consistency if you know what I mean. You have found your style and yet you are still developing it which is great and inspiring to watch.
What I also like is that dynamic and strong way you are treating line in your drawings.
Simply speaking cool stuff

your work inspires me as well-some creepy stuff
It's weird that you say I have a developed style! I feel like I bounce around so much from cartoon to realism and everywhere in between...
Nice to know whatever my stlye is that you like it though
cheers!

      Hey,
Style is not about doing only cartoon or realism stuff it is about recognising who is doing that picture by the way it is done your line has a style.
Bounce is not bad thing I think it is more search and being versatile
Nice to hear that you like my stuff - yes it is creepy and dark - after watching my stuff nobody is asking about my childhood...strange huh.

      Been a long time peeps!
Hope everyone's been busy arting it up and chasing/catching their dreams!
I'm posting a mixed bag of old and new sketches. I've slacked here hard. Combo of busy/spoiled by autoposting apps of social media/and excuses

Some or most will be Instagram pics-so if you're not a fan of silly filters and unnecessary blur then you may wanna move along haha.

PS I don't remember how to post a pic properly in the forums...derp

Fantastic sketchbook, I'll be bookmarking this one for when an inpiration drought happens to me. It always impresses me when someone can create an interesting style whilst obviously having an excellent grasp of the the fundamentals too. Far too many artists neglect actual skill in the persuit of 'style'.

          Awesome stuff.

Thanks for the thoughtful comment! I focus on drawing what I want ie.if drawing Akuma, I'll just try to draw him as badass and evil as possible. The style bit is just a natural process I guess? It's just how I draw. As mentioned in a previous post ages ago, I still have trouble seeing that I have a style. But I guess if someone can recognize my art in a crowd it must be there :P
          cheers!

            Some more sketches.
The two monsters are randoms from my little world and the Wolverine was done on iPad using the Brushes app and my finger.
For those wondering about art apps I would recommend Procreate-mainly because of it's intuitive user interface.

            cheers!

I that's a problem many of us have. I guess when you spend a lot of time looking at your own work, it kind of becomes the 'norm' and you think everyone else works like that. I know I have that problem.

Anyway, keep up the awesome work and keep drawing what you love

edit - that Wolverine is effing ace.
