@ Jose - YUP IT IS!!! Makes me wanna have moaaaarrrrrr Thanks so much my friend! I will, I will! And you as well!

@ Mike - thank you Sir!!! True thing - but I have the feeling that to a certain point I always switch back to my typical style. Have to push me harder Thanks again!

@ Howie - No worry, mate! We all are busy But glad you dropped by again and like what you have seen Thanks!!

@ AZelenski94 - Thanks, buddy! Had a lot of fun while painting it and was pretty inspired by Mael's awesome sound

@ Amaakir - Yeah - its really a good feeling to see your work on a real printed cover! Hope to able to show more of such things soon - but i guess this will take some time before it happen again Thanks for liking it my friend! Hehe - me as well But first I have to do some studies (idk how many time I told that to myself )

Progress on the creature dude (seems that I step back to my "usual" style)…

And some style exploration I did for an upcoming project I'll work on.
And for sure - this will be a lot of fun. Sadly I'm not able to talk much about this project, but it will be a pretty cool game.
        So stay tuned

We are still working on the style that fits best. Maybe I'll have something to show in the next upcoming weeks.

And as usual - C&C are highly appreciated
        Cheers

        Dude awsome man!!!
I like the turtle concepts... the first one is my favorite. maybe because it seems the weapon is part of the turtle instead of just putting the weapon on top.... dont know what exactly is the idea but yah...... keep it up man... i wanna see more

          SWEET!

I think the creature design is similar to ones you've done before, but the feel/style of the rendering feels different Keep exploring and experimenting!

As for the turtles, I think the first 3 are my favorite both from a design and style/rendering view, I think the last two are fine too, but the guns are pretty large, I think they would need some sort of musculature in back / big legs to help support them. Might be kinda cool to have versions with rockets, or one with a small chair with an even littler turtle manning the gun :P

          keep pushin!

Malo! I want those turtles to rule the world! They are awesome and cute at the same time! Such an interesting idea, haha.

Congratulations on those book covers! I bet it feels amazing to be able to hold your own artwork in your own hands! Yay for you!

Great environments as always, too. I think going out of your comfort zone helps you think about other principles in art and then when you return to your comfort zone, you're able to explore more and use what you learned, hehe. I suggest doing it again when you can!

@ Jose - Thanks, buddy!!! Glad you like it! Well - it was the initial idea to put the weapons on top, but those idea had already changed. So stay tuned

@ Mike - Thank you sir! Yup - you're right! I just used one brush and the smudge tool. Not really my normal way of painting I'm still working on different takes and - to be honest - I have to get used to paint weapons!! The idea was to have some HUUUUUGGGGE weapons on the back of the turtle - will see how it turns out next time. Love the idea of a second turtle on the back. Thanks for the hint

@ Mr Brown - Thanks a bunch, mate!!!!!!!

@ Zentrope - Thanks a lot! Yeah - it really is (blush). Thanks again and I will keep you in the loop - as far I have something to post and the permission as well

@ Amaakir - Muchas gracias, my friend! Yeah - that would be cool. Maybe I'll fire up zBrush one day and get back to some 3D work

@ Stace - Thanks so much, ma'am. Haha - nice! They would rule the world slow, but they will Yup!!! it really is. Hope to be able to do some more…
            hopefully (dreaming)
Yeah - you're right. I really refreshes your thinking and the way you get going. I'll try to it as much as possible - just a matter of time and work.

Not much to post lately. Bit busy with some stuff which I could hopefully post soon…

Also bought me a copy of SketchBook Pro and trying to get used to it. Still a long way - especially you working just in PS. But its fun so far.

Did this sketches during a looooong phone call with my internet and phone provider (gooosh - I hate it so much). Especially you get stuck in the line…

Hehe - I removed my "wishes" for that company from that sketches

I guess I'll do some more pencil work again - lot of fun.
            Cheers
