Kinda crummy update, I was gonna do studies everyday but didn't last long here are lots of half finished ones^^ got image in 2DArtist and they asked me to post the link everywhere so here i think it's worth subscribing to, seems to have a lot of good stuff in there, tutorials interviews and stuff with always great ppl!

Finally got in with some rpg companies in the last coupel weeks, not like uber shit but gonna put in a gazzilion hours on every piece! so probobly wont post much for long time :s take it ez! have a good christmas, eat lots of cake, drink lots, party etc, fatten urself up for the winter!

got private job for a battlestar galactica, decided id make some shiz in 3d as i need lots of these in the scene, took me ages and i had to learn loads of new things :s i do more simple ones now tho - i might try texture+light this sometime

Well spend some time drawing it out - tis too busy and bit mental but I hope to use contrast and make something cohesive - really doubt ill get it done in time tho but ill finish it in the new year!

yo alex, studies looking, and the illustrated looking good so far too, although i think the bear looks a bit weird, like he has a fairly big head, maybe do some studies of bears or get some ref for it.

Fetsch - yeh the bear has a chunky head he's like a shaggy bear god with a thick wavey coat, so it looks bigger i did make it smaller tho - quit that pic now anyway, bored of it!

Tobzart - yeh well i love those old dudes i look at their shiz all day, not that i learn much but i hope to pic something up somewhere! i was gonna go on skype but i always end up missing the day when i do that sometime!!

spent maybe on this 30hours lol then hated it, deleted pic and start again from lines - cropped! was fun messing about i guess, might finish it someday (unlikely, very ) this was coloured too actually but revert to grey now - colouring in is so hard to get anything to look decent. arggggggh.



tried watercolour for the first time, right - looks gay but was a lot of fun actually, using a paintbrush and splashing down a bit of colour i used a photo ref but dont know what im doin tbh! still i love it will try more and try some oil paints this year!
