Im having net problems, i hope they got fixed soon, but probably i wont be able to finish at time, if that happen ill do my best on the next
3d creature planet, anyway here a first sketch, and 3 possibly poses of the model.

Hi karmajf, Man you made read the rules again and, damn, my mistake, I understood that this creature could live in any place pf the planet, sorry. Now I know I've already lost this challenge, hahaha. but I'll keep giving this creature life. Just 4 fun. here's some updates. cheers.

Hi.This is my first post on CGhub. I like the site a lot and although the quality of work here is intimidating I think this is my new grounds for improvement. I have been rusting for over a year of any CG work and it is holding me back from getting another job. I doubt I will finish this before the deadline but this challenge inspired me to fire up Zbrush and learn a few things I have not toyed with yet. Here is what I have so far via Zsketch. Imagine a web (flying squirrel) type skin fold between the front/back limbs. Inspiration comes from a mix of reptile,rodent and bat.

Question: When I make my sketch Adaptive skin will I need to scale the shapes the Zsphere armature to the right size of the sketch geometry before doing so?

Hey everyone, Due to the number of participants who jumped on late, and the possibility that I may not have internet when the challenge is due, I have decided to push the deadline back a week, to be due September 8th at 11:59 PM [EST -5].

I hope this will encourage those of you who have started late or have not started yet to jump on it and be able to submit some work for the final.

@CyborgGuniePig I'm honored that our contest got your first post! Welcome to the contest. Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question. Also keep in mind that the contest calls for 6 limbs, yours currently has 4.

@Bruno_Camara Nice work thus far. Are you planning to submit a sculpt or low poly model with normal maps and such?
