wow 27 jams already!
insanity

Ok everyone sharpen those wacoms and plug in those pencils cuz we about to begin another drawing jam!!! voot voot!(dutch way shh..)

like the title says-the topic is Odd Couple
this could be anything odd pairing of animal, creature, human, food(boring!) or whatever else you can think of that gets the idea of the topic across!

-NEW art only...plz don't post your old submission to the flight book series-or something from your gallery-or your dusty hard drive ...or your fridge :P
-WIP's are welcome and highly encouraged but not mandatory

IMPORTANT REMINDER

This is a drawing jam, so explore your drawing skills here! In previous jams we've seen full all out paintings and illustrations grace these forums which is awesome-but put the emphasis on the drawing portion.

The introduction of the other awesome hub jams help clarify the purpose of the Drawing jams and so the mods have decided to let the new year be a refresher for this forum!

Once you've nailed that feel free to explore it further if you like. A page of beautiful studies may be out a rendered piece with a generic idea and sloppy form.

as always feel free to comment and constructively crit and encourage your fellow jammers!
*winner will be decided by your friendly neighbourhood drawing jam mods!

Guess I'll kick this one off then!

Since Joe is making fun of Dutch people, I'll start painting right from the start. The reason why, is because I feel hurt, really hurt and the pain of "voot, voot" will motivate me for the rest of this Jam!

Can't wait for all the kool stuff to come from all participants!

Here's my thumbs. Exploring shapes and playing around with different ideas. I think I got a direction to go.... whatever it ends up, I'm shooting for something a little twisted.

haha well I'm half Dutch so I'm allowed right? and I actually wasn't makin fun of the Dutch-cuz the Dutch rule! we love the fun stuff in life

kemalgunel- good pose on the hands.

BMJ- If the kitten's eyes are looking back up and to the right (at the drool), it might flow better visually. This is looking good!

"Happy" WIP; tightened stuff up a bit, pushed the colors a bit more, added watering for the tree (placeholder, still moves around the canvas every now and then) and gave the roybot a solar panel to make this Odd Couple last last forever!

I think I want to give these drawing jams a shot.. I'm just nervous.. I see so many amazing artist here.. That being said, they are much higher caliber then me.. lol I just think it would be great, to grow, in this way..

And being surrounded by such wonderful artist can't hurt either. Ha!
