Hey folks - Finals thread is posted: http://cghub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2565
Some really, really fantastic work this round! You guys just rock! I'll try to get some individual crits for you in the next day or so. My apologies about the serious delay. Work has been slamming me and I am running slightly behind in the extracarricular activities. I've extended the deadline by a day - so you've got until tomorrow (Tuesday) at 5pm (Pacific) to post your final if you want to put any tweaks on it. I'll get the next round posted either this evening or tomorrow mid-morning. All the best, and thanks for your understanding, ~Shane

Excellent, running behind as well - and well work is a bitch that keeps riding my free time XD ![]() notpill - very impressive work, you've got alot going on in there, i'm tempted to say that might end up being more of a movie poster than a book cover (thats not a bad thing though) lizclarke - Looking pretty sweet, although why is the author font larger than the title of the book :S adamsimons - Extremely interesting composition, though the barsoom stories and john carter take place in the late 1860's dunno how strict we need to follow the descriptions of Burroughs' stories.Last edited by Scribblehead; 03-15-2010 at 05:14 PM. |

Have to set aside more time for the next one I do ...

the funny things is that she was Bo Derek (at least she was my reference) and you can see her in my early wip, but at some point I've changed her lips, painted some stroke on the chin and ...bang, Natalie Portman! LOL
