Hello Myself rushal and I take my online education in yoga. its very easy to learn it. and more help it. I done my yoga teacher training course by online education. and after this class I join another classes to related to my educations.

Depends on what is your preferred learning method. For instance I prefer both physical and video learning. The visual experience is similar to that if you're sitting in a class and watching your instructor show you some techniques and other art goodies. You can write down notes and/or mirror their techniques on a piece of paper. I feel that it's good if you want a quick reference. I find them to be rather helpful.
