maybe in future try doing also some still lifes.
    Keep up the great work.

Dude you really got a knack for nailing colours in your photostudies! It seems to me, though, that
        a) you're spending a lot more time on those than imagination work. You won't be able to learn good design without letting your brain roam free for a while.
        b) your imagination doodles aren't the same subject matter as your studies, which means you don't learn from them as quickly
        c) you're not doing anything from life. I realize that different people think differently, but to me still lifes, self portraits, figure drawing and statue drawing are 5 times more useful than anything done from a photo. For real.

        Hope this helps. DAGGERS!!

I really like the redhead, her skin tone looks great... and you paint eyes very nicely, something I don't think I've got the hang of yet. I really like your characters too, they have quite a bit of personality for quick sketches :3

That sunset landscape is sweet, love the amount of hues in there, all your faces are really well rendered too, god I should try some coloured face studies, think I've done like one, ever! lol Doodle look cool, reminds me of the Judder man, if you know him^^

Thanks alex, never heard of judder man hehe.

Here are some poor anatomy studies, sucky lines and a figure i tried to paint without lines.

and a tiny update on my doodle i started last time. Doesnt turn out to good, should plan such stuff out more.

Yo Viktor. Old guy is awesome, love how you've done the hair. Those figures look good man, don't see how they're sucky at all, to me the anatomy looks pretty much perfect! Wow painting without lines, not something I've ever tried with a figure :S sounds hard, nice start though.

For your doodle, hey it's not bad. Remember what cryptcaller said, "how much do you like the idea?" So yeah, think about that with regards with where you wanna go with it! For me the only thing really is the pose, it's kinda hard to tell if he's like super scary or not - kinda looks like he's slightly lost. I dunno it's really hard to explain sorry! Maybe a slightly more dynamic pose would go with the scene?

What I've come to realise is stuff turns out better with some kind of little back story to illustrate - the main problem with my last piece for example was I just made it up as I went a long with no direction, learnt not to do that again!

Keep going mate. Oh and the Judder man used to be a Smirnoff Vodka ad on TV, not sure if you have it there, was a while ago though!

Sweet update mate - those male nudes are particularly good man, really nice lighting. These concepts are cool too remind me a little of Daarken, it's a good thing!!
